As an independent business, we are unable to accept returns nor offer refunds; however if your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us with a photograph of the problem and we will help you with this immediately by sending out a new piece.
Your yummy clay piece will be posted to you 2nd class within 2-3 working days of placing your order.
You will be notified once posted and will receive the clay goods in bubble wrap and tissue paper, wrapped in a postage bag. This postage material is a temporary solution while we find more eco-friendly and sustainable methods of safely sending your your items <3
